Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Psyllium Husk
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Stevia Varies by stevia type.
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese

Toppings

Italian Pizza Sauce

  • 3 Tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tsp Stevia
  • 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese

Cinnamon

  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp Stevia

Pesto

  • 1/4 Cup Pesto
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions

  1. Throw pizza dough ingredients in food processor. Process until it forms a ball. Roll out flat on a cookie sheet using parchment paper. Add toppings listed plus any other pizza toppings you like such as olives, pepperoni, onions, etc. Bake at 350 for 16 minutes.
