  • 1 bundle Parsley Finely chopped in food processor.
  • 1 Red Onion Finely chopped in food processor.
  • 8 Cucumbers Peeled and chopped into cubes.
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop & mix. Put in large container for the week.
