Ingredients
- 2 Handfuls Spinach
- 2 TBS Coconut Oil
- 2 TBS Gelatin
- 2 TBS Brewer's Yeast Use 1 TBS for a 3g carb soup.
- 2 TBS Parmasean
- 1 TBS Apple Cidar Vinegar
- 1 tsp Stevia
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne Heat to your preference.
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 C Water
Instructions

Put coconut oil in pot on medium heat to melt.

Add all other ingredients into Vitamix and blend.

Pour into warmed pot and cook for 2 minutes.

This recipe is very lightly cooked so that all of the living elements in the spinach are just slightly cooked.
