Greek Sweet Wrap

Low carb, high protein, probiotic sweet treat that is perfect on the go and ready to grab from your frig. This recipe makes a batch of 10 which should last you for one week.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup psyllium husk flakes
  • 4 cups egg whites
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 10 tsp coconut oil for cooking
  • 10 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 10 amounts stevia

Instructions

  1. Mix psyllium husk, egg whites, salt and nutritional yeast with a whisk in a mixing bowl.  Let sit while one or two skillets are heating up. Choose a pan that will create the size wrap that you want to create perfect circle wraps.  Whisk before each pour. Flip when ready. After cooking let cool. Spread the Greek yogurt in the center of a wrap, add stevia and roll. Place in zip lock for travel.
