This kid friendly smoothie recipe is one of the most delicious chocolate shakes you will ever have, and guess what? It’s loaded with superfoods to keep your kids healthy – shhhhhh – they won’t know, I promise!
The inspiration for this shake came from going to a mall with my kids and buying one of those smoothies from a smoothie shop. My daughter loved the taste but felt sick from all the sugar loaded into it afterward. I told her, “I bet you I can make the same shake – only healthy that won’t make you sick!” She agreed. As soon as I got home, I got to work, and here’s the recipe I came up with. Thousands of Monkey Smoothies later, I can tell you it’s been quite a hit. Little people of all ages have tried and loved it!
