Easy Peazy Pizza

This recipe uses the low carb wraps. The ingredients listed are for a batch of 10. Keep the wraps in the frig to pull out and create your pizza. These are great to have on hand when you do get hungry for something like pizza and give you a 100% guilt free pizza fix that is healthy. The calorie and prep time calculates putting toppings on one wrap that is pre-made.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup psyllium husk flakes
  • 4 cups egg whites
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 10 tsp coconut oil for cooking
  • 10 tsp tomatoe paste
  • 10 oz cheese

Instructions

  1. Pre-make your batch of wraps and have them ready to go in the fridge.

  2. For one "slice" of pizza, take a wrap, spread the tomato paste on it, add the cheese and any other pizza toppings you want.

  3. Microwave for 1 minute and enjoy!
