1/4ScoopProtein PowderI use Gold Standard Whey from Costco. If your protein powder does not have stevia or zero sugar sweetener in it then you will want to add a little stevia to this recipe.
1TbspFresh Ginger RootMore or less depending on how spicy you like it.
1HandfulKaleI chop up my kale and stick in the freezer. Makes for an easy grab, cools down the smoothie a bit and preserves the kale longer.
